Privacy Policy
Overview
This website is operated by the Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Korea. We aim to keep this site simple and respectful of visitor privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you visit this website, submit a message through our contact form, or interact with pages where Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand general website traffic and page performance. According to Cloudflare's current product documentation, Cloudflare Web Analytics is a privacy-first analytics service that uses a lightweight JavaScript beacon and performance APIs to measure page views, traffic patterns, and real-user performance.
Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors' personal data for this analytics product, does not track individual users across customers' sites, and does not use client-side state such as cookies or localStorage to collect usage metrics.
The analytics beacon loads from Cloudflare's infrastructure and sends measurement data either to a Cloudflare endpoint or, for proxied sites, to this site's Cloudflare-served endpoint. The information is used by us in aggregated form to understand how the site is used and how it performs.
Contact Forms and Messages
If you choose to contact us through a form on this website, we may process the information you submit, such as your inquiry type, subject, name, email address, and message content.
We use this information only to review, manage, and respond to your inquiry, and to maintain basic submission records related to chamber operations.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Based on Cloudflare's Web Analytics documentation at the time of writing, the Cloudflare Web Analytics feature used for this site does not rely on analytics cookies or localStorage for measurement.
Other technical services used on this website, including Cloudflare security or form-protection features, may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms. If our use of cookies or similar technologies changes in a way that materially affects visitors, we will update this policy.
Service Providers
We use Cloudflare services to deliver and protect this website and, when enabled, to provide Web Analytics. Processing by Cloudflare is also subject to Cloudflare's own terms and privacy documentation.
We may also rely on hosting, database, and operational service providers as reasonably necessary to run this site and manage submitted inquiries.
Your Choices
You may choose not to submit contact forms or other voluntary information through this website.
If you contact us and would like us to review or delete information you submitted through our contact channels, you may reach out through the contact methods listed on this site. We will review requests in light of our operational, legal, and record-keeping obligations.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to this website, our operational practices, or the third-party services we use.
