Chamber Joins ASTCC Board Meetings in Taichung
From July 14 to 16, 2026, the Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Korea joined the Asia Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce (ASTCC) for the 33rd-term third board of directors and supervisors meeting and the 34th-term first board meeting at The Lin Hotel in Taichung.
The multi-day program brought together Taiwanese business leaders from across the regional chamber network for annual meetings, board sessions, and related exchange activities. Discussions focused on cross-border business cooperation, industrial upgrading, supply chain change, and new opportunities for Taiwanese companies linking Taiwan with markets across Asia.
As a member chamber within the ASTCC network, we were honored to participate in these important meetings and reconnect with fellow chamber leaders from across the region. The event again demonstrated the strength of the broader Taiwanese business community in Asia and the value of sustained coordination between local chambers, business leaders, and public-sector partners.
During the meetings, our Chairperson shared perspectives on current business conditions in Korea, opportunities for Taiwan-Korea business cooperation, and the practical opportunities and challenges facing Taiwanese enterprises operating in the Korean market. This exchange allowed the Korea chamber to contribute a grounded perspective on how the regional chamber network can support members and strengthen business ties.
We appreciate the opportunity to represent the Korean chamber as part of the wider ASTCC platform. We will continue working closely with the regional network to strengthen Taiwan-Korea business ties, support our members' growth, and contribute practical insights to future chamber dialogue and cooperation.
